I know wedding planning is stressful and my goal is to make things easier. I want to help you every step of the way and make sure you are never in the dark! This page is dedicated to all of my useful resources ranging from vendors to timeline and to printing your images! Everything you need to start planning your day is right here for you!

printing -

We live in a high-tech world however photos on a hard drive come and go as technology evolves, but albums and prints have lasted through generations! I think it is so important to have a physical copy of your images to show your friends, family, and even future children. Included in all wedding packages is a fine art album that is professionally printed from one of the top labs. I offer professional printing services through your wedding gallery webpage however, these are 1000% optional. If you would prefer to go to a private printer I recommend Artifact Uprising. A word from the wise: Do NOT print your photos from Walmart or Walgreens.

traveling -

Included in all wedding packages is travel within Minnesota or to a Minnesota venue. This means that mileage, lodging, and food are taken care of! If you plan to have a destination wedding in the US, there is a flat $750 travel fee. Whether we are headed to the skyscrapers of NYC or the beaches of San Diego, the rate is the same. This travel fee goes towards a flight, hotel, and rental car. Although the fee may not cover all of my expenses, I see this as an opportunity to see the world while I capture your big day... and you can't put a price tag on that!
*If your vision is taking us out of the US, please don’t hesitate to reach out and discuss a custom travel fee*

timeline -

One of the biggest questions I get asked from couples is “How should we structure our day?” During your consultation, I will give you suggestions based on your current plans. As your wedding approaches, we will sit down together and discuss a custom and in-depth timeline. Here are sample timelines for each of my packages. The biggest thing to remember is that this is YOUR day. You get to do whatever you want to do. There is no right or wrong way to set up your timeline!

e-session -

Your engagement session, or E-session, is a time for you to relax and spend some time with your partner. Your e-session is focused on telling your love story. I always suggest that couples mix in some personalities. For example, if your first date was at a roller rink. Let’s head there! Did you get engaged on a rooftop? Let’s head downtown! Do you and your partner like to adventure? Let’s hike up the Northshore, pitch a tent, and make some s’mores! Your e-session is a reflection of your relationship and how you like to spend time with one another, I am just here to capture it!

weather -

A huge fear when planning an outdoor wedding is “what happens if it rains?” Honey, EMBRACE IT. There is a reason they say it’s good luck if it rains on your wedding day! In all seriousness, I am fully equipped to handle the rain. We will work with not only the weather but you and your partner's comfort level. The worst-case scenario is we dance around in the rain and you have an Allie and Noah moment! Now that doesn’t sound too bad, does it?

second shooters -

As much as I wish I could be in two places at once, I haven’t perfected it yet. My second shooters are my right-hand gals and they are there to capture your day from a different perspective.
All of my second shooters are fellow photographers who I would trust on my own wedding day. We have similar shooting styles and are there to serve you on your big day. All images taken by a second shooter will be edited by me and included in your final gallery.
